Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Citywide Open House Crawl Sunday, August 10th, 2025, an exciting highlight of the Own Cincy Homeownership & Wealth Building Summit. This collaborative effort connects potential homebuyers with trusted local real estate professionals and expands opportunities for affordable homeownership across Greater Cincinnati.

Participation Requirements:

°Realtors must submit current active listings priced at $275,000 or below.

° Each listing must include the MLS Listing ID and complete property details.

° Realtors will receive an official Marketing Packet, which must be picked up during check-in on Saturday, August 9th.

° The Day of the the crawl, Sunday August 10th, we ask that you encourage house hunters to check-in via the provided signage and provide feedback to help us to progressively curate a great experience.

° The Marketing Packet will include official open house signage to identify participating homes for summit attendees, please place signage in highly visible areas.

° The Greater Cincinnati Realtor’s Alliance will maintain an active webpage featuring all approved listings for attendees to follow during the Open House Crawl.
